Who we are..

We are the sales division of an innovative, artisan smokehouse and sous vide manufacture in Tiszalök Hungary under the auspices of Pro- Team Nonprofit Ltd. where we work mainly with people with disabilities. What we particularly would like to emphasise, is that this is a completely unique, hybrid, and innovative technology that we developed step by step, alongside designing the smoking equipment ourselves. In close coordination with the authorities, we established our newly built BBQ facility, which has a capacity of 1500 kg a day. We source our meats mostly directly from breeders whom we have known personally for a long time and we visit regularly. The consist- ency in breed, husbandry, and feeding strategy ensures that our meat products are consistently presenting the top quality. We do not use any preservatives and work only with natural spices and flavourings.

He previously was a visionary behind the Meatology Restaurant franchise chain in Budapest and Bonifác Galgoczki. Both of them have decades of international experience in hospitality and meal preperation business. The Prime Sous Vide & BBQ brand born exclusively to represent the smokehouse and distribution, alongside other exclusive craftsmanship meat specialities from heritage breeders…

The launch of our sous vide product line was the result of a full year of careful experimentation and refinement.
Today, our range includes over 20 varieties of pre-cooked meats, and we’re continuously expanding.
All products are lightly salted, and some are subtly seasoned—to enhance natural flavours without overpowering the dish.
