.. an innovative artisan style, authentic American BBQ smokehouse and Sous Vide manufacture in Tiszalök Hungary, under the auspices of Pro – Team Ltd. What we particularly would like to emphasise, is that this is a completely unique, hybrid, and innovative technology that we developed step by step ourself, alongside designing the smoking equipment itself. In close coordination with the authorities, we established our newly built BBQ facility, which has a capacity of 1500 kg a day. We source our meats mostly directly from heritage breeders whom we have known personally for a long time and we visit regularly. The consistency in breed, husbandry, and feeding strategy ensures that our meat products are always presenting the top quality. We do not use any preservatives and work only with natural spices and flavourings.

Our Story..

Prime Sous Vide & Barbecue Int. has been established by Tibor Pataky the CEO of Tiszalök artisan BBQ and Sous Vide manufacture, who has developed the BBQ department hands in hands with experts. Previously he was the visionary behind the Meatology Restaurant franchise in Budapest and Bonifác Galgoczki who also has a vast amount of hospitality background from UK to Latin-América. Both are food enthusiasts with decades of international experience in meal preparation industry. The Prime Sous Vide & BBQ brand born exclusively to represent the Tiszalök smokehouse and distribution, alongside other exclusive craftsmanship meat specialities from heritage breeders.

The launch of our sous vide product line was the result of a full year of careful experimentation and refinement.
Today, our range includes over 20 varieties of pre-cooked meats, and we’re continuously expanding.
All products are lightly salted, and some are subtly seasoned—to enhance natural flavours without overpowering the dish.
